The 2013 Wisdom of Crowds® Business Intelligence Market Study survey collected 1,182 completed surveys from IT and business users. Participants responded to an online survey and the study was open for input to any valid and qualified user with first-hand BI vendor and product experience. Vendors were ranked using 33 different criteria and assessed on key usage trends, perceptions and intentions to determine vendor ratings by segment, individual vendor ratings and year-over-year comparisons.
