Claire 任職於技術銷售部門 15 年，於 2020 年 1 月開始擔任這項全新的職務。Claire 於 2012 年加入 Hitachi Vantara，在此之前，她在 Microsoft 服務了 5 年的時間。她在 Microsoft 的任職經驗，激發了內心想探究科技如何造福社會的興趣。Claire 最近開始帶領 EMEA 數位解決方案銷售團隊，專心推動創新的資料導向解決方案，盡力因應數個產業的客戶需求。她曾經榮獲多個獎項（不論以個人身分或是和客戶一起得獎），其中包括科技業傑出女性獎 (Women in Tech Excellence Awards) 的 2021 年年度楷模與二度就業婦女 (Role Model of the Year and Returner of the Year 2021) 獎項。

Claire 向來熱衷於推動多元和包容，她在 Hitachi 女性員工資源小組 (Women of Hitachi Employee Resource Group) 委員會和全球多元委員會 (Global Diversity Council) 擔任要職，也積極領導善盡企業社會責任。Claire 相信，人們在相互尊重的環境裡可以感受到自己是被接納的，也會因此願意盡力追求最好的工作表現。這個方法讓客戶和合作夥伴都能看見一流的結果。Claire 致力於提升科技業領域各種層面的多元發展，儘管從來不曾親自編寫過程式碼，卻在科技業和非科技業都能如魚得水、表現出色。Claire 近期在休完兩次產假後重返職場，因此也非常熱衷於支持在職父母，鼓勵他們兼顧育兒和事業。

Claire 和丈夫及兩名幼子住在英國倫敦。她最快樂的時光就是和親朋好友同桌享用美食並話家常、滑雪，或是去旅行探索新的文化，以及練習西班牙文。
