To accomplish this, they needed to embed a big data analytics solution within their Marketing Performance Management Platform.
To help Fortune 500 marketers connect with their customers through data-driven experiences, Pentaho Business Analytics was embedded within the Teradata enterprise platform. The enterprise-class solution provided reporting, dashboards, mobile support and data integration. Pentaho’s professional services team was also used for deployment assurance and to achieve rapid time to market.
To help Teradata overcome its challenges, Pentaho architected an embedded marketing solution with cloud and self-service capabilities. The solution included custom reporting and visualization capabilities that enabled nontechnical users to achieve data-driven marketing. The solution also provided big data and NoSQL support with multitenancy and security, as well as flexibility and a low total cost of ownership.
