Hitachi Data Systems Wins 2016 CSC Customer Satisfaction Award in Australia
Strategic Focus on Helping Clients Realise the Benefits of Cloud-Enabled Digital Transformation
Sydney — November 15, 2016 — Hitachi Data Systems (HDS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. (TSE:6501), is proud to have been awarded the 2016 CSC Customer Satisfaction Award in Australia.
The winner was chosen based on votes from the CSC Australia team who praised HDS Australia and New Zealand for being "easy to do business with, willing to go above and beyond to help the CSC team meet client expectations".
The award was presented by Seelan Nayagam, managing director, CSC Australia, to Nathan McGregor, vice president and general manager, Australia New Zealand, Hitachi Data Systems, and John Bruce, account executive, HDS, during the recent CSC Australia Partner Advisory Council, at Surfers Paradise.
McGregor said: “This award highlights our focus on continuously delivering outstanding services to our clients. We have a long-standing alliance with CSC globally and locally, and we are honoured to be recognised for our team’s ability to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers’ digital transformation initiatives.”
Most recently, CSC and HDS announced a strategic focus on the joint delivery of CSC BizCloudTM powered by Hitachi Unified Compute Platform (UCP), storage-as-a-service (STaaS) and SAP HANA offerings, to help clients quickly and cost-effectively realise the benefits of cloud-enabled digital transformation.
