Being part of HR PMO team gives exposure to global projects, interesting HR initiatives, trends, and strives collaboration with various groups of stakeholders across the globe.
Remote work brings no challenges to the project management world. I have constant interactions with vendors located across various regions. The feeling of people’s ongoing support and responsiveness is one of the best things you will experience here. You are also encouraged to speak up and share your ideas, suggestions, and not be a silent listener.
There is one more outstanding practice that I really like at HV. On many occasions, online meetings, conferences are accommodated to alternative timings to facilitate the best option for people located in different time zones. There is nothing better than the confidence that others appreciate your work-life balance.
Working on HR strategic initiatives gives me an insight into the expertise and characteristics of different groups. We collaborate as one team, where everyone is listened to and, where each input is considered. This may sound like a simple formula but is prudential for delivery excellence.
