Hitachi Data Systems to Showcase Microsoft Private Cloud Solutions for Windows Server 2012 at Microsoft TechEd
Global In Booth Demos Underscore HDS Commitment to Build Solutions for Windows Server 2012 Managed by System Center
SANTA CLARA, Calif. — June 4, 2012 — Hitachi Data Systems Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. (TSE: 6501), will showcase its commitment to Windows Server 2012 and System Center, by demonstrating newly integrated solutions for Microsoft Private Cloud Fast Track at Microsoft TechEd North America at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL, June 11-14, 2012. HDS technical experts will provide ongoing booth demonstrations in the Microsoft Partner Pavilion (Kiosk #11). Attendees will learn how HDS solutions for Microsoft environments deliver scalability and performance to help businesses quickly, confidently and cost-effectively deploy private cloud infrastructures.
The new integrated solutions optimized for Microsoft application environments combine Hitachi compute and storage offerings with industry-standard network infrastructure and Windows Server 2012 with Hyper-V and System Center software. Visitors to the HDS kiosk will experience the capabilities and customer benefits of the new Hitachi Compute Blade 500 integrated with the recently introduced Hitachi Unified Storage, which is pre-configured for Microsoft applications such as Lync Server and SharePoint Server. These integrated solutions from Hitachi Data Systems are the ideal platform for virtualized and cloud environments, and allow applications to be deployed faster and more predictably.
