Pentaho Offers Concierge Services in Response to Growth of Global 2000 Customers

Pentaho Concierge Services are geared towards enterprise customers seeking strategic support for their big data integration and analytics implementations

May 21, 2013, — Delivering the future of business analytics, Pentaho Corporation today announced Pentaho Concierge Services designed to support its growing number of enterprise accounts. Pentaho Concierge Services complement existing Pentaho Support and Services programs and offer enterprise clients a long-term engagement with a designated solution architect. Acting as a single point of contact, the experienced architect ensures that the enterprise client’s unique demands, such as multiple geographies, business units, and ongoing growth, are met.

The Pentaho Concierge Services program includes two offerings:

  • Concierge Support is tailored to enterprise customers who want a high touch, coordinated solution. A technical point of contact provides these clients with ongoing guidance, best practices and management of feature requests and support cases. A key component of the service is an internal VM replica of a client’s business analytics environment to expedite problem resolution.
  • Strategic Solution Architecture is geared to enterprise customers who want a more strategic technical partnership. This includes an architecture assessment, a customized plan and assistance in executing the plan towards business analytics project goals. This level of service also offers more time with the solution architect to plan strategic initiatives and gain deeper guidance and partnership.
