What impact does the name change from HDS to Hitachi Vantara have for my accounts payable organization?
Company employees' email addresses have changed from @hds.com to @hitachivantara.com. Please effect any necessary communication of this information throughout your accounts payable organization. On January 1, 2018, we changed our invoices from HDS to Hitachi Vantara.
What about payments?
All payment remittance made on and after January 1, 2018 is in the name of Hitachi Vantara.
What if I have other questions? Who do I contact and how?
Continue to contact Hitachi people you have communicated with in the past. Their telephone numbers have not changed. Please email them using the @hitachivantara.com extension. However, during this period your email to Hitachi employees @hds.com will continue to be received, acknowledge as appropriate.
Will you be sending my company information on modifying Hitachi's existing contract to reflect the name change?
No. There is no change to our existing contract. However, if you require a modification to our contract to reflect our name change from HDS to Hitachi Vantara, notify us and we will work with you to complete your request.
