Consumption Level provides value above a lease where users can flex up and down within a predefined capacity range, with consumption and billing reporting. This matches costs with actual business use.
Foundation Level builds on Consumption to provide the basis for hybrid cloud management with self-service hyperautomation capabilities of Hitachi EverFlex Control intelligent alert management, advanced observability, monitoring, operations reporting and AIOps.
Managed Level further extends the capability to include white glove 24/7 IT Operations management by Hitachi Vantara experts specifically aligned to your business and IT operation’s needs, with the highest-level SLAs to match.
