• Forecasting & Planning: Drive a highly accurate forecasting process; lead account and territory planning aligned with growth objectives and capacity models.
• Business Partnership: Act as the operational advisor to AMER sales leadership and a key liaison to Finance, HR, Marketing, and Product to ensure cross-functional alignment and execution.
• Data & Insights Enablement: Champion the adoption of global BI and analytics platforms (e.g., Forecast 360, Rep 360) to enable data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
• Deal Desk Governance: Provide oversight of deal desk operations, pricing governance, and approval processes to balance agility with compliance.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and develop a small, high-performing regional Sales Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
• Operational Excellence: Drive consistency in business cadence across forecasting, QBRs, pipeline reviews, and performance management.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with global Centers of Excellence to enhance processes, leverage shared services, and implement best practices for operational scalability.
• Regional Representation: Ensure that regional go-to-market plans and operational decisions reflect the unique dynamics of the AMER market while aligning with global strategies, systems, and governance frameworks.
Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading operations across diverse AMER markets with a deep understanding of regional commercial and cultural nuances.
• Proven expertise in forecasting, GTM planning, quota design, and analytics.
• Hands-on leadership experience managing a lean, high-impact team and collaborating effectively across global functions.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau) and the ability to synthesize data into actionable, executive-level insights.
• Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated success engaging senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within enterprise storage, hybrid cloud, or infrastructure software industries.
• Previous Director roles leading or supporting sales transformation initiatives, such as geo-to-segment transitions or other GTM restructures.
