The Role
Corporate Development Manager supports end-to-end corporate development initiatives, including M&A transactions and strategic investments, across multiple business entities. The responsibilities span managing deal pipelines, conducting financial modeling and valuation, coordinating cross-functional due diligence, presenting strategic proposals to senior leadership, and PMO activities. You will also build strong internal and external relationships to drive alignment and execution, while staying informed on global technology trends through market and competitive analysis.
The Team
- Oversee and manage the deal pipeline across multiple concurrent projects and business entities
- Daily leading of end-to-end M&A transactions, strategic investments, and other corporate development initiatives.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess valuation, synergies, and deal structures. Valuation methodologies required: DCF, precedent transactions, public comparable, LBOs, analysis at various prices.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic decision-making across innovative technology trends globally.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence workstreams across functional teams (Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Operations, etc.) to ensure timely and thorough evaluation of targets. Synthesize diligence findings into actionable insights and risk assessments for senior leadership.
- Partner with key corporate functions—including Finance, Accounting, Legal, and HR—to support due diligence and deal execution.
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with senior executives across multiple business entities to align on corporate development priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Build and maintain relationships with external advisors including Investment Banks and Consultants.
- Prepare and present proposals & business cases for senior leadership and board-level review/approval
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, strategy consulting, or other transaction-related/due diligence roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related analytical field.
- Fluent financial modeling skills, valuation skills, and understanding of financial statements.
- Ability to work on multiple projects successfully, at different stages of the M&A lifecycle
- Ability to work with stakeholders globally
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant industry experience in the Technology, Software, or IT Services industry strongly preferred.
- MBA from reputable institution.
- Experience using Capital IQ, PitchBook, or similar financial data platforms.
- Exceptional business judgment, problem solving, and strategic thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
