The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, versatile and results-driven HR PMO Manager to lead the successful delivery of impactful HR initiatives and projects that align with the organization’s strategic priorities and goals.
- Team Mentorship: Build, inspire and over time, manage a high-performing team of HR Project Managers. Foster a collaborative environment that emphasizes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Program Execution: Driving end-to-end delivery of HR initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across departments such as IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver integrated solutions that create value for the organization.
- Governance & Reporting: Develop and maintain robust frameworks for project governance, risk management, and performance tracking. Provide transparent and data-driven updates to executive leadership.
- Focus on Results: Drive a culture of results-based management, ensuring that all programs deliver tangible business outcomes, enhance employee experiences, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Change Management: Champion effective change strategies to ensure the sustainable adoption of programs across the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Evolve PMO practices to reflect best-in-class methodologies, tools, and delivery models
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of proven experience in leading Global Enterprise Projects, ideally within a HR PMO, M&A Employee Integration, Technical Project Management, Organizational Transformation and/or Project-Based Environment.
- Strong expertise in program governance, project management methodologies, business processes and portfolio management within HR.
- Exceptional ability to manage cross-functional collaborations and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on results and value creation.
- Systems experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office.
- PMP Certification preferred, not required.
