The team
We are looking for a motivated and well-organized Junior Field Marketing Specialist to join our EMEA Marketing team. This is an entry-to-mid level role, ideal for someone who wants to grow a career in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on field events in Spain and Portugal and exposure to digital marketing campaigns across EMEA. You will support the planning and execution of marketing activities, working closely with local sales teams and experienced marketing colleagues across the region. The role is hands-on, operational, and offers strong learning opportunities. The ideal candidate is native Spanish or fully fluent, based in Madrid, and open to travel within Spain and Portugal.
The role
- Support the planning and execution of field marketing events in Spain and Portugal (events, roundtables, partner activities).
- Assist with event logistics, coordination with vendors, registrations, and on-site support.
- Travel within Spain and Portugal to support event delivery when required.
- Work closely with local sales teams to support event-related activities and follow-up.
- Support digital marketing campaigns across EMEA, including email, social media, and paid digital activities.
- Help activate and monitor campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn Ads (training and guidance provided).
- Track basic performance metrics for events and campaigns (attendance, leads, engagement).
- Ensure marketing activities are executed in line with brand and regional guidelines.
- Support reporting and administrative tasks related to campaigns and events.
What you’ll bring
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or a related role (B2B and/or technology is a plus, but not mandatory).
- Interest in field marketing, events, and digital marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Native Spanish speaker or fully fluent in Spanish (mandatory).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Based in Madrid, with willingness to work from the office and travel within Spain and Portugal.
- Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
- Positive, proactive attitude and a hands-on mindset.
