The Team

As an MDM Specialist, you will architect and manage enterprise master data platforms, ensuring data quality, governance, and stewardship across domains such as Customer 360 and Vendor 360. You will integrate MDM workflows with AI and Agentic orchestration, leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for scalability and compliance.

 

The Role

MDM Architecture & Implementation

Design and implement MDM solutions for customer, vendor, and product domains.
Develop data models, hierarchies, and golden records ensuring consistency across systems.
Configure MDM workflows, matching, merging, and survivorship rules.

AI & Agentic Workflow Integration

Integrate Agentic AI workflows with MDM processes for intelligent data stewardship.
Enable AI-driven data quality checks, anomaly detection, and enrichment.
Collaborate with AI teams to embed knowledge graph and semantic search capabilities into MDM.

Data Governance & Stewardship

Define and enforce data governance policies, stewardship roles, and approval workflows.
Implement data lineage, metadata management, and compliance controls.
Partner with business teams to ensure data accuracy and trustworthiness.

Performance & Optimization

Optimize MDM processes for scalability and reliability on GCP.
Monitor and improve data quality KPIs, latency, and integration performance

 

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Management, or related field.
7+ years in MDM implementation and data stewardship.
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Informatica, Reltio, or similar).
Strong knowledge of Customer 360 and Vendor 360 solutions.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native data services.
Familiarity with AI/ML integration and Agentic workflows.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and API-based integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to knowledge graphs, semantic modeling, and data enrichment strategies.
Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
Certifications in MDM tools, GCP, or Data Governance.
Background in enterprise data architecture and multi-domain MDM.
