The Team
As an Agent / Orchestration Engineer, you will develop and manage Agentic AI frameworks using Gemini Enterprise and GCP-native services. You will design agent orchestration patterns, integrate tools and workflows, and ensure performance, observability, and compliance across AI deployments.
The Role
Agentic AI Development
Build and configure multi-agent systems leveraging Gemini Agent Workspace and Agentic AI frameworks.
Define agent roles, capabilities, and orchestration logic for enterprise workflows.
Implement tool-use strategies, memory management, and context-sharing between agents.
Orchestration & Integration
Design agent orchestration pipelines using GCP services (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GKE).
Integrate agents with enterprise APIs, data sources, and knowledge graphs for contextual reasoning.
Optimize agent response quality, latency, and cost through prompt tuning and caching strategies.
AI Ops & Observability
Implement observability dashboards for agent workflows, performance metrics, and error handling.
Develop explainability frameworks for agent decisions and compliance reporting.
Monitor and improve agent reliability, scalability, and safety guardrails.
Governance & Documentation
Enforce security and compliance standards for agent orchestration.
Document architecture decisions, orchestration patterns, and best practices.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, AI/ML, or related field.
5+ years in AI development; 2+ years with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration.
Hands-on experience with Gemini Enterprise and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Node.js for orchestration.
Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and RAG pipelines.
Knowledge of observability tools, explainability frameworks, and AI safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: Google Professional Cloud Architect, Machine Learning Engineer.
Experience with Lang Chain, agent orchestration libraries, and evaluation harnesses.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
Exposure to GPU optimization and cost-performance tuning.
