The team

As an AI Manager, you will lead a cross-functional global team of AI engineers, data scientists, and ML Ops specialists. You will manage end-to-end AI delivery, from strategy and architecture to deployment and observability, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

 

The Role

Leadership & Team Management 

Lead and mentor global agile teams across multiple time zones. 
Drive scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization for AI projects. 
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. 

AI Strategy & Execution 

Define and execute AI roadmap aligned with enterprise goals. 
Oversee development of Agentic AI frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, and contextual workflows. 
Ensure successful integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems. 

ML Ops & AI Ops Governance 

Implement LLMOps/MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle management. 
Establish AI Ops observability frameworks for monitoring latency, reliability, and performance. 
Enforce explainability, bias detection, and compliance protocols for all AI deployments. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into technical deliverables. 
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders. 
Ensure alignment with data governance and regulatory standards.

 

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field. 
10+ years in AI/ML development; 5+ years in leadership roles managing agile teams. 
Proven experience with Agentic AI frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, and LLMs. 
Hands-on expertise in ML Ops, AI Ops, and observability tools. 
Strong knowledge of GCP services (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GKE) and cloud-native AI deployments. 
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

Certifications: Agile/Scrum Master, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Machine Learning Engineer. 
Experience with LangChain, RAG pipelines, and evaluation harnesses. 
Familiarity with global delivery models and distributed team management. 
Exposure to AI governance frameworks and compliance standards.
