The team

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Leader. Expense processer will be responsible for approving employees travel & Non-travel expenses for Global Regions like Americas, EMEA & APAC countries. This Expense processer will also have the exposure to work with the cross functional teams like Finance, Controllership & other Hitachi employees.

 

The role

  • This Expense professional will serve as a Organizational policy aware individual handling employee Travel & Non-Travel related expenses, maintaining high level of compliance & SLA.
  • Will also be responsible for Centralized mailbox & Employee query handling via ticketing perspective.
  • Manage daily, weekly & monthly report and other adhoc task. Collaborate with multiple stake holders and also actively part take in various audit & testing activities.
  • Be open to getting cross trained within function & contribute effectively towards process improvement & automation ideas. Deliver good quality work maintaining the monthly utilization.

What you’ll bring

  • 2 to 4+ years of experience in Expense compliance & expense audit..
  • Strong understanding of finance knowledge & understanding the importance of compliance policy implementation in an organization.
  • Bringing in excellent level of accuracy in tasks performed & having an ability to think out of the box.
  • Zeal towards learning, working & evolving, keen attention to details, process, policies & knack of identifying errors & providing solutions.
  • Strong business communication skill, proficiency in Grammer. Email writing skill is a must.
  • Knowledge on Oracle ERP is an added advantage.
  • Honesty & integrity is highly valued.
