The role

Work with Logistics Service Providers to ensure all import & export shipments are monitored, timely customs clearance and delivery commitment to customers are met.

Handle product local delivery for Hong Kong, Taiwan and China spare shipment custom declaration. apply Hong Kong import license which is the most vital task. ensure we have the proper license in place.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create and provide appropriate paperwork to facilitate customs clearance & declaration.
• Ensure import & export declarations are accurate and in compliance with customs’ import/export regulations
• Coordinate last leg delivery requirements with stakeholders and customers
• Keep proper record of all shipping documents based on local government requirements
• Conduct Monthly/Quarterly performance review with Logistics Service Providers
• Stay up to date on local Import/Export regulation and keep origin country closely informed on changes in customs requirements if any
• Application of regulatory licenses/certificate to facilitate import/export process if require
• Create / maintain SOPs & job manual.
• Manage Product RMA and Spares returns to respective Distribution Center
• Manage disposal task

 

Most importance of the role:
-ensure proper import/export license in place for HK spare/product shipment
-ensure correct customs declaration for China spare parts shipment
-ensure orders being delivered to end-customers in a timely manner

 

Qualifications: 

• Diploma/ Associate Degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship or project experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skill
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office suite

 

Additional Notes:

• The responsibilities outlined above represent the core scope of this role. However, the position may also involve ad hoc assignments and logistics-related tasks as needed to support overall team operations and evolving business requirements.

• Flexibility in working hours may be required, particularly during peak periods, urgent shipments, or unforeseen supply chain disruptions. A proactive and adaptable approach to time management and task prioritization is highly valued.
