The Team

The candidate will be part of the India Tax team, responsible for managing Income tax, Transfer pricing, international tax and GST compliances for the Indian entities.

 

The Role

  • Manage and ensure compliances of Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, international tax, and withholding tax within the statutory timelines.
  • Handle direct tax compliances like income tax return filing, tax audits, Transfer pricing filings, advance tax, quarterly/ annual income tax and deferred tax provisioning, handling TDS queries etc.
  • Support to GST team in monthly and annual GST compliances within the due dates.
  • Advise and provide support to internal departments on direct tax, international tax and GST matters.
  • Coordinate with tax consultants for income tax, Transfer pricing and GST litigation matters.
  • Updated with key provisions of Income tax and GST laws and recent changes therein.

 

What You’ll Bring 

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in tax.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Income tax and GST.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Expert knowledge of excel and ERP(Oracle)
  • Prior experience in Big 4 firms preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SEZ's would be added advantage.
