What you’ll bring
- Coordinate with team and administer all processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance to all quality goals and manage projects.
- Ensures efficient and effective workflow, procedures and policy practices for manual testing
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities
- Identify critical bugs
- Awareness to all the stake holders for the various risks
- Assigning and guiding team members in their day to day work
- Develop and review test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and clarify ambiguities.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing to ensure product stability.
- Track, document, and report defects using defect management tools and ensure timely closure.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide early feedback to improve testability and quality.
- Monitor test execution progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and documentation processes.
