What you’ll bring

Bridge any gaps and differences between the testing team and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment on quality expectations.

Act as a single point of contact between QA, development, and stakeholders for testing-related updates.

Review functional specifications and technical design documents to ensure completeness and testability.

Identify ambiguities in requirements and proactively seek clarifications before test execution.

Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases aligned with project scope and timelines.

Define test strategies, scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria.

Oversee execution of test cases and ensure adequate test coverage across features.

Monitor defect trends and provide insights on quality metrics to management.

Ensure timely reporting of testing status, risks, and potential release impacts.

Guide and mentor QA engineers within the team on testing best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support skill development within the QA team.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and testing efficiency.
