We are seeking Sr. Director of Identity and Access Management. The Role
The Sr. Director of Identity & Access Management will support and advise the Chief Information Security Officer on all matters related to ensuring the security of identities across the enterprise and how those identities gain access to key resources. The successful candidate will lead the IAM program for the company, ensuring that key IAM platforms are operating efficiently and effectively including SSO, MFA, PAM, SASE, CIAM, Active Directory, and other adjacent capabilities. This IAM leader will also lead an international team to ensure the uptime of these systems.
What you’ll bring
- Expert level understanding of trends in the industry for identity and access management
- Excellent soft skills are a must, we are looking for a strong people person, who is thoughtful in his or her approach to working on teams and working with people on other teams
- 10+ of experience working in Cybersecurity, and 5+ years of experience managing IAM programs
- Expert level technical experience with Okta is required, including expert level experience with SSO integrations and design and architecture with identity systems in a large enterprise (technical proficiency will be assessed in the recruiting process)
- Strong familiarity with the concepts of PAM, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust / SASE, and ability to design systems to accomplish these controls and concepts
- A fluency in the language of cybersecurity. The ability to understand technical concepts and translate them to an assessment of risk
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Self-driven with an ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and variable in a dynamic and fast moving large scale project with tight deadline
- Attention to detail and quality is an absolute must
- Willingness to work in an international team, with project meetings several times a week in odd hours to support the Americas, Europe and Asia
