The role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Salesforce QA / Business Analyst to support requirement gathering, functional validation, and quality assurance activities on the Salesforce platform.
This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills, basic Salesforce functional knowledge, and hands-on experience in testing and documentation.
Business Analyst Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs with technical teams.
- Support UAT coordination and business user communication.
- Assist in solution validation and functional clarification.
QA Responsibilities
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing in Salesforce.
- Validate configurations related to:
- Objects & fields
- Flows & validations
- Reports & dashboards
- Log defects, track them, and retest fixes.
- Support UAT cycles and provide post-deployment validation.
What You’ll Bring:
- 1–2.5 years of experience in Salesforce QA / BA role.
- Basic understanding of:
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Salesforce data model
- Profiles & permission sets
- Experience with:
- Writing test cases and test execution
- Requirement documentation
- Jira or similar tracking tools
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (good to have)
- Experience working in UAT coordination
- Exposure to integrations or API validation (basic level)
