Participating Addendum Information

State of New Jersey

Eligible users are defined as follows:

• State agencies
• Quasi-State Agencies as defined in N.J.S.A. 52:27B-56.1
• Political Subdivisions
  • Counties, Municipalities and School Districts as defined in N.J.S.A. 52:25-16.1
  • Volunteer Fire Departments, Volunteer First Aid Squads and Rescue Squads as defined in N.J.S.A. 52:25-16.2
  • Independent Institutions of Higher Education as defined in N.J.S.A. 52:25-16.5
• State Colleges –in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:64-60
• County Colleges - in accordance with N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.9

All Purchase Orders issued by Purchasing Entities within the jurisdiction of this Contract must include Master Price Agreement Number MNWNC-113, and the New Jersey PA Contract Number 89975. The dollar limits of $750,000 for Servers and $1,000,000 for storage are per configuration. This is not a restriction on the purchase of multiple configurations.
