Participating Addendum Information

State of Utah

The State of Utah's government departments, institutions, agencies, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), and, as applicable, nonprofit organizations, agencies of the federal government, or any other entity authorized by the laws of the State of Utah to participate in State Cooperative Contracts will be allowed to use this Contract.

All Purchase Orders issued by Purchasing Entities within the jurisdiction of this Contract must include Master Price Agreement Number MNWNC-113, and the PA Number PA2217. The dollar limits of $750,000 for Servers and $1,000,000 for storage are per configuration. This is not a restriction on the purchase of multiple configurations.

All Purchase Orders, whether showing the vendor to be the Contractor or an authorized reseller / partner, are to be directed to: NASPO@hitachivantara.com
