Hitachi Consulting and SyncHR Join Forces to Expand Reach of Cloud Human Capital Management Technology

September 05, 2018

Denver – Sept. 05, 2018 – SyncHR announced it has teamed with Hitachi Consulting, a subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. (TSE 6501) and a leading provider of consulting-led solutions and services, as it continues its rapidly growing sales success. The collaboration will accelerate the deployment of SyncHR’s Human Capital Management (HCM) software solution, giving companies advanced HR, payroll, and benefit management capabilities -- minus the complexity, costs, and headaches -- within an industry leading implementation timeframe of 90 days.

"We couldn’t be more thrilled to be teaming with Hitachi Consulting. This strategic relationship will assist us in scaling our business while continuing to provide unprecedented customer satisfaction,” said Pam Glick, CEO of SyncHR.

Hitachi Consulting will augment SyncHR’s platform by helping companies design, build, test and implement world-class HR programs, covering everything from recruiting, hiring and onboarding new employees to managing payroll, benefits, talent and compensation management and more.

"We are excited to be working with a cutting-edge company like SyncHR,” said Dave McGlone, Senior Vice President, Hitachi Consulting.“The level of innovation, automation and advanced people analytics is not something we’ve seen in many other Human Capital Management solutions. They’re truly cloud HCM done right."

SyncHR’s people platform combines all the core elements of modern Human Capital Management software along with advanced cloud-based capabilities for greater data accuracy, automation and a more intuitive user interface. Unlike legacy HCM software that’s been migrated to the cloud, SyncHR was designed exclusively for the cloud, providing greater data accuracy and speed, more automation and a superior user experience for employees, managers and executives.

"The evolving needs of growing companies have long been ignored, and we think it’s time to change that," said Glick. “Combining Hitachi Consulting’s world-class people and process capabilities with SyncHR’s next-gen HCM platform levels the playing field for growing enterprise firms competing with industry giants.”
