Takuya Okaki is Chief Quality Officer at Hitachi Vantara, responsible for the company’s quality assurance strategies, formulation and implementation of quality assurance measures and collaboration with senior leadership to ensure quality products and solutions.
Okaki brings 30 years of experience in quality assurance of storage products – the foundation of Hitachi's reliability – and has applied that expertise to Hitachi Vantara’s storage products and solutions. He takes the opinions and evaluations of storage products obtained through customer communication very seriously and feeds them back into the products. This helps achieve stable operations of customers' systems and shows the value of quality assurance at Hitachi Vantara.
