Toshiyuki Haruma is Deputy Chief Product Officer at Hitachi Vantara, responsible for strategy, development and execution of storage products and hybrid cloud solutions, and ensuring the delivery of data infrastructure value to customers and partners.
Haruma has more than 25 years of software development related experience at Hitachi, including LSI implementation design automation, storage management software and storage control operating systems. He has taken the lead on several development projects in large global teams and has been the technical and project leader for storage and management software products for many years. With his extensive experience, he has led the growth of the IT infrastructure business as the general manager of storage product development.
In his free time, he enjoys reading, as well as physical activities including running, skiing and golf.
