Pentaho Concierge Services complement existing Pentaho Support and Services programs and offer enterprise clients a long-term engagement with a designated solution architect. Acting as a single point of contact, the experienced architect ensures that the enterprise client’s unique demands, such as multiple geographies, business units, and ongoing growth, are met.
The Pentaho Concierge Services program includes two offerings:
